The NYPA Implementation Team is pleased to present the 2013 BuildSmart NY Annual Progress report. The report examines the progress of participating agencies and presents NYPA's broad implementation strategies for driving state government buildings toward the Executive Order 88 energy reduction target of 20 percent by 2020.
